A Community for Tabletop Roleplaying Games

Unite the Factions is a community organization dedicated to tabletop roleplaying games (TTRPGs), with a particular focus on Dungeons & Dragons organized play. Based in Southern Ontario, we also have a Discord server that connects players worldwide.  Since our first gathering back in 2017, we have been teaching brand new players and reconnecting with folks who have played with us for years. From small community events of a few tables, to large scale conventions hosting hundreds of players across a weekend, you can find us at events such as Fan Expo Canada, Toronto Comicon, Anime North, Mississauga Comic Expo, and more! Come check us out to toss some dice and tell epic stories together.

What are Tabletop Roleplaying Games (TTRPGs)?

Tabletop Roleplaying Games are improvised storytelling games where players use their imagination to weave together stories and adventures.  Play is often facilitated by one of the players who takes on the role of a Game Master, Dungeon Master, Storyteller, etc. There are many game systems that are considered TTRPGs including Dungeons & Dragons, Pathfinder, Call of Cthulhu, Cyberpunk, Vampire: The Masquerade, Fate, Savage Worlds, and many that are based on licenced properties like Star Wars, Star Trek, Dune, Fallout, My Little Pony, G.I. Joe, Transformers, etc.
